Eventually we turned it into a web app and gave it away. Today it is used by landlords from Texas to Tashkent, Lagos to London, Kampala to Kuala Lumpur.
We're a small, independent team of former property investors, software engineers, and writers. We've personally bought, managed, sold, and occasionally lost money on residential rentals — and we know how rare it is to find tools that tell you the truth about a deal instead of selling you on one.
