Rental Deal Analyzer ("we", "us", "our") provides a free web-based rental property calculator, deal-scoring tool, and local tenant management features for landlords and real estate investors worldwide. Information you provide. When you use the analyzer or tenant manager, you may enter property prices, rents, expenses, tenant names, lease dates, and payment notes.
